Welcome to the Rumford Public Library. I am Susan Marshall, the Library Director. The library is here to ensure members of our community always receive the best possible service from our professional and friendly staff.
The Library’s website is designed to provide helpful information about our services, resources, and events. It also provides a way to check your record and search our catalog for items you may want to request. The library offers a wide variety of high interest programming for adults, teens and children.
Please come on into the library to check out books, movies, magazines, use the computers or just to look around and discover what we can offer you. Lunch Program
RSU10 provides free lunch for families at the library during the summer. Specific dates and times are yet to be determined.
Summer Reading Program
The 2022 theme for the Summer Reading Program is Ocean of Possibilities and will run from mid-June to mid-August with prizes for participants. A calendar of events, rules, and reading logs can be found in the Children’s Room.
Storytime
Story time is every Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Children’s Room and on Facebook Live. Reminders and cancellation notices will be posted on the Rumford Public Library’s Facebook Page. Story time is not held during the summer months.
